We are pleased that you have chosen to rent our cabin Listed below is information that will answer many of your questions.
Please return a signed confirmation letter to our office prior to your arrival date.
By renting the cabin you agree to the following terms.
Check in is 4 pm: you will receive directions to your vacation rental and keys at check in.
Check out is 11:00 am:many times we have guest arriving the same day of departure and we need adequate time to get the cabin ready for the next guest.
. The cabin will be professionally cleaned and well maintained. You will be welcomed by an initial supply of bath tissue, paper towels, hand and dish soap.
. We expect you to leave the cabin in a similar fashion to the way you found it. You will be charged for any excessive cleaning or moving of furniture.
. All linens and towels will be provided for the number of people on your reservation
. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen
. We do not allow smoking in the cabin.
. We do not rent to people less then 21 years of age
. Pets are welcome in cabin By signing this agreement you agree to let us know ahead of time. Due to other guest allergies we need to to agree on how many and what kind.
. The cabin is privately owned; The owners are not responsible for any accidents or injuries or illness that occurs while on the premise or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm that may come to them or others whom they invite to use the premise.
. Please do not sit, stand or lay on the pool table as it will break the slate. If it needs cleaning, please use the brush in one direction. Do not vaccum as it will damage the felt. We have provided a lint roller for cleaning. We want everyone to enjoy this for a long time and we appreciate your carefulness.
. There is much wildlife in the mountains. Please be sure to not leave any food out and to clean the BBQ grill after each use. Also make sure garbage can lids are on tightly.
. Rates are based on double occupancy and a 2 night minimum. They include a 7% Clackamas County and Oregon State Room Tax. Rates will be determined by the number of people.
. The cleaning fee is $ 150.00 for The Cabin on Birdie Lane and we reserve the right to charge for any excessive cleaning needed after your departure.
. We require 50% deposit to secure your reservation. You can make payment by using our website which has a link to paypal. If you must cancel a full refund will be given if you cancel at least 60 days in advance. If you cancel in less then 60 days a full refund will be granted only for those days of your stay for which we are able to find replacement renters. Otherwise no refund will be granted.
. A current Visa or Master card number will be retained until after departure and may be used to cover the cost of additional rent for people not originally listed on the reservation, damaged, replacement of missing or broken items, cleaning beyond normal expectations.
. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
. We do not allow parties of any kind without prior approval.
. The renter agrees to use the property in the manner of which it is intended. The renter will not bother neighbors and will respect quiet time, between 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M.
. The renter shall not have more people stay overnight, other than those listed on the original reservation. If you do, you will be charged the additional amount plus a 15% surcharge.
. The renter is responsible for notifying the rental agent of any malfunctions of anything in the vacation rental property immediately so needed repairs can be done.
. The renter shall pay any and all legal fees to the owner and agent if action or suit shall be brought about by the owner or agent for the recovery of rent due, reimbursement of damages, cleaning or other expenses incurred by the renter.
. We shall have the right at any and all times to enter and inspect the premised for any reason.
. We reserve the right to evict at any time any guest who is not in compliance with the above stated policies. There will be no refunds due to eviction due to non-compliance with our policies.
. We will not be held responsible for power outages, severe weather or road conditions, personal differences or emergencies and no refunds will be issued in these cases. We will be happy to reschedule you if possible.
. When you check into the cabin, please let us know immediately if there is anything wrong, or any situation that needs our attention.
